another attempt at the dragonfly card
made this card for a friend who has her birthday next month, had to make it early as it has to go to the states. my flower punch is a bit too big for the spaces on the card, so only put them on alternate spaces. I am pleased with how it worked out, it is made on cream parchment and it goes beautifully with the burgandy backing paper

my cute wee nephew
Meet my brand new nephew, Cameron Robert Aitcheson, he was born on Friday 11 July. He is so cute and small, 7lb 10oz.....a whole lb less than Lily at birth!! It has made me broody seeing him today lol I can't believe my little brother is a dad......he will always be about 10 in my eyes lol. He seems to be taking to it naturally, I think he might just surprise everyone and be a fantastic daddy lol

stitched on holiday
These borders were stitched while I was away on holiday last week. I mounted them and added embellishments today. It has been a while since I have just sat at the table with a load of bits n bobs and made cards, it was great fun. I did 6 today, showing 2 here the rest are on my photobucket under stitched cards :)
