These first three days are supposed to be the hardest so I am pleased to say I have managed to keep going lol. I haven't found it difficult really, it is certainly much easier than having to decide what to eat, I have no choice and I have to say it is making life easier. still struggling to drink all the water, but will persevere and see how I get on:)
I have my care commission inspection tomorrow and I am really dreading it. I hate being judged on what I do so it makes me edgy to have to explain myself to someone. Fingers crossed it will be ok.
